1. Returns
- You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for eligible items.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Items such as personalized or perishable products cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at krishna@homefurnishingstore.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- If returning for any other reason, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
