- At Krishna Home Decor, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items like curtains, doormats, cushion covers, and other fabric products are eligible for return only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or wrongly delivered items.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

- Refund will be processed to the original payment method or store credit within 7 working days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

- In case of Free Delivery over ₹299, reverse pickup charges may apply if order value falls below ₹299 after return.
